CORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please return your cores with the same identical parts/switches we left on the new finished
parts. Returned cores must not be damaged. We can’t accept any cores with cracks or broken
clips/fasteners. Cores must be returned within 15 days of receipt of new parts. Full refunds for
the cores will only be credited within that time period only. A 50% credit for the cores will be
issued for any core returned on or after the 16th day. No refund after 30 days. No exceptions.
Cores should be sent with a tracking number and a letter with the customers name and
address listed enclosed.
